My Trajectory
I have a degree in psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo, where I developed a passion for behavioural science and research. While working on research projects, I had the opportunity to build my knowledge of the workings of depression and anxiety. Because of this trajectory, I strive for my sessions to be evidence-based and attend to the particularities of each patient.

I began my professional work while still in the university, in a public clinic where I conducted the psychodiagnosis of children. Since then, I refined my procedures while working with many patients in diverse contexts. For example, I once again worked with children at the Association for Juvenile Diabetes and adults at the Centre for Integrated Attention to Health at UNIFESP.
Beyond my studies in Brazil, as a psychology student at the Univerisity College London, I had the opportunity to broaden my knowledge about human behaviour, develop my English repertoire and diversify my clinical approach.

Today, I am building my personal clinical space, which opened in 2024, where I work in Portuguese and English. I hope to assist you in looking at your achievements with pride, taking care of your relationships, and developing the necessary repertoire to tend to your mental health preemptively.
On the approach
Behaviour analysis is a psychological approach focused on the scientific study of human behaviour. Developed by B. F. Skinner, it researches how the environment that we experience and live in shapes our thinking, feelings and actions.

Our unique way to act, think and feel about the world is because of our unique life history. As such, therapy based on behaviour analysis seeks to develop the capacity to interpret and change it:

1. Helping understand the context in which our actions occur. By describing the environment, we can identify and analyse which patterns contribute to our success or emotional and behavioural hardships.

2. From this understanding, the therapist and patient work together by developing specific programs aligned with their objectives to shape and change these patterns.

In short, behaviour analysis is a constructional approach, in which the therapist and patient cooperate to reconstruct and resegnify their experiences derived from the unique potentials and contexts of each patient.
